Requirements
Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing field sales teams within the IT infrastructure or storage industry, specifically focused on the SLED market.
Expert-level skills in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and coordinating cross-functional resources (SEs, Inside Sales, Channels) to win large-scale public sector contracts.
Deep understanding of the unique procurement, funding, and technical requirements of State, Local, and Education departments.
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to use CRM tools for data-driven decision-making, territory planning, and accurate revenue forecasting.
