As a Working Student for YouTube Content, you support our team in developing, planning and executing our YouTube content.
You are close to our productions, learn the world of storytelling, production and post-production, and help turn our ideas into reality.

You love YouTube. Really. You probably spend more time on YouTube than on Netflix and are curious about why some videos perform better than others.
You have creator energy. You follow trends, have ideas and enjoy sharing them with others.
You recognize good stories. You’re interested in people, developments and special moments and have a sense for what might engage others.
You want to learn. Storytelling, content production, shoots, editing, YouTube strategies — you’re eager to dive deep into the world of content.
You like to support. Whether research, preparing shoots, organization, production support or coordinating within the team — you pitch in and help where support is needed.
You keep an overview.
You work reliably and in an organized way and don’t lose track even when several things happen at once.
You feel comfortable when not everything is predefined. We are building something new. That means responsibility, fast decisions and lots of room to shape things.
You want to build something. Not just manage, but grow and shape it together with us.
Flexibility & willingness to travel: You’re happy to accompany us to productions in different locations and occasionally be on set.

Remote First: We are primarily hiring in Cologne and Oldenburg. Your workplace is flexible — work from where you perform best. For team and production days you’ll come to Oldenburg regularly.
