Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, aligned to the wider company and product strategy.
Deeply understand our customers (Talent, HR and Hiring Managers) through regular discovery, customer calls, data analysis, and collaboration with Customer Success and Sales.
Translate customer problems and opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Prioritise ruthlessly based on impact, effort, risk, and alignment with strategy, using a transparent, data-informed approach.
Lead cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, Data, QA) to discover, deliver, and iterate on solutions.
Define and track key product metrics; use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and measure the impact of releases.
Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to plan and execute go-to-market for new features.
Champion modern product discovery and delivery practices (experimentation, A/B testing, feature flags, MVPs, and continuous discovery).
Communicate clearly and regularly with leadership and stakeholders on roadmap, progress, trade-offs, and results.
Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to improving our product management practices, processes, and tools.
Requirements
5–8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally HRTech, recruitment technology, or adjacent domains.
Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end and delivering meaningful business and customer outcomes.
Strong experience working in empowered, cross-functional product teams with Engineering and Design.
Deep familiarity with modern product discovery techniques (user interviews, opportunity solution trees, prototypes, assumption testing, etc.).
Comfortable working with product analytics and data tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, Looker or similar) and using data to inform decisions.
Experience defining and tracking product metrics (e.g. activation, conversion, adoption, retention, NPS) and running experiments.
Excellent communication skills, able to adapt your message for technical and non-technical audiences, and influence without authority.
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills; able to break down complex problems into clear, testable hypotheses.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
HRTech / Talent / ATS experience is highly desirable.
