About this role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to existing and potential customers via phone and email.
You will ensure a high level of consumer service in pre
and post-sales cases, coordinating with related departments to find the best solution for each request.
Your mission will be to transform the customer experience through smart solutions, teamwork, and excellent communication.

You communicate easily both verbally and in writing;
You have experience handling customer service by phone;
You are experienced in customer support and comfortable managing critical cases;
You are customer-focused, empathetic toward customers’ situations, and motivated to understand and meet their needs;
You are proficient with computers, able to type and navigate quickly between multiple tools;
You enjoy working in a team, contributing ideas and helping the department grow;
You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
You have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
