Steer client and internal teams toward shared alignment, proactively resolving tensions between business priorities, delivery constraints, and user needs.
Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a credible point of contact for product decisions and strategic direction.
Lead discovery and delivery in tandem by maintaining a clear, prioritized roadmap grounded in user experience, PXM best practices, and platform capabilities (Adobe stack).
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with Adobe-based architectures and integrations (e.g., Experience Manager, search/personalization tools).
Champion the use of AI tooling across the SDLC to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.
Demonstrate executive presence in client interactions, navigating complex discussions with clarity and confidence.
Identify risks across delivery, stakeholder alignment, and commercial health, and lead mitigation strategies proactively.
Identify opportunities to expand Valtech’s engagements by connecting delivery excellence with strategic insight.
Mentor junior product and delivery team members, elevating overall team capability.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager in a digital consultancy or agency environment, leading complex client engagements.
French English skills.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe platforms (mandatory), ideally including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related ecosystem tools.
Familiarity with Coveo (preferred) and/or LiveSearch (preferred) or similar enterprise search, personalization, or discovery platforms.
Experience working within or alongside Product Experience Management (PXM) practices, with the ability to connect content, commerce, and experience orchestration.
Proven ability to translate business and marketing strategies into technical product delivery, partnering closely with engineering teams.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
Experience in Commerce and Luxury projects.
Strong executive presence and communication skills across both business and technical audiences.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools across the SDLC.
Experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs end-to-end, with strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
Solid commercial awareness, including SOW management and budget accountability.
Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, applied pragmatically.
