Analyze and evaluate Core system operations, integrations, and user requirements.
Manage, configure, and maintain Core system SQL Server databases.
Develop, modify, and support Core system programs, reports, workflows, and automated processes.
Perform system maintenance, issue resolution, enhancements, and version upgrades.
Research, recommend, and integrate system and process improvements.
Serve as liaison with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate system updates.
Create and maintain documentation, data processing records, and job schedules.
Support testing, training, and implementation of Core and related system upgrades.
Provide workflow assistance, troubleshooting, and on‑call support for mission‑critical systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year College or university and minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
Must be capable of accomplishing basic software development tasks.
