Role Overview
- Support end-to-end execution of partnership-led webinars and campaigns.
- Create promotional banners, webinar decks, and presentation assets.
- Manage webinar logistics such as Zoom setup and email campaigns.
- Maintain webinar documentation, trackers, and operational processes.
- Own and support monthly newsletter operations.
Requirements
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic data work), Canva, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to AI tools for building prompts or workflows.
