You will strategically expand our business intelligence landscape: from data architecture and dashboards to self-service reporting for all teams
You will analyze performance data from the webshop, marketplaces, CRM, paid media and logistics — and derive concrete, actionable recommendations for management
You will develop KPIs, forecasts and scenarios that make our growth trajectory controllable (revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, retention, inventory levels, channel profitability)
You will identify optimization opportunities across the entire customer journey — from acquisition through conversion to repurchase rate
You will deploy AI and machine learning applications in production: e.g., for forecasting, customer segmentation, churn prediction, automated reports or marketing measurement
You will establish a modern data stack (e.g., BigQuery / Snowflake, dbt, Looker / Power BI / Tableau) and ensure a clean, scalable data foundation
You will work closely with Marketing, E‑Commerce, Operations, Finance and external partners and translate complex data questions into clear, decision-ready answers
You will act as a sparring partner for the management team on strategic questions around growth, channel mix and internationalization
