Social Law Attorney – Berlin or Remote

Role Overview

• You are helping to establish a new era of legal enforcement and are part of the mission to digitize and automate legal processes.
• You are responsible for managing client relationships and providing legal advice and representation in social law cases.
• You conduct negotiations with opposing parties and opposing counsel.
• You draft complaints, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
• You handle cases independently and represent our clients both out of court and in court.
• You work closely with various internal teams.
• You contribute your experience and feedback to our product development process and work directly with product managers and executive management to improve the automation of workflows.

Requirements

• You are a fully qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Germany with at least 1 year of professional experience (ideally in social law).
• You have a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style and the motivation and energy to help shape the future of the legal market in a dynamic environment.
• You are inspired by the vision of working in a technology-scalable law firm and enjoy exploring how legal processes can be improved through the use of data and software.
• You are meticulous and conscientious in your work, while also strong at prioritizing tasks and demonstrating an entrepreneurial, pragmatic mindset.
• You are eager to learn and take responsibility for your work.
• You are distinguished by strong communication skills and proven negotiation abilities.
