Provide administrative and operational support to DevTech’s project and corporate teams.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for project and corporate staff.
Create presentations, briefing materials, newsletters, social media content, or other communications products.
Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel arrangements.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense documentation.
Support preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other project documents.
Exercise sound judgment and a moderate level of autonomy to troubleshoot issues, anticipate needs, and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Enter, update, and verify information in internal tracking systems.
Provide support for business development and special projects, including research, coordination, and preparation of materials.
Support project teams with administrative tasks, document management, and routine coordination activities.
Provide general administrative support to project and corporate operations teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed within the past 0–3 years preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
U.S. citizenship required.
Internship, campus leadership, student employment, or up to one year of professional experience in administration, operations, project support, customer service, or a related field.
Experience creating presentations, briefing materials, newsletters, social media content, or other communications products through internships, coursework, student organizations, or professional experience.
Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
