Take responsibility for paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta and work closely with clients and the internal team.
Plan, implement, manage and optimize paid social campaigns focusing on Meta Ads
Analyze and interpret relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR or conversion rate
Develop data-driven optimization approaches and strategies to improve performance
Manage your own client projects or independent parts within our project teams
Prepare, conduct and follow up on client meetings
Ongoing communication with clients via email, calls and coordination meetings
Structured management of to-dos, timelines and next steps in daily project work
Close collaboration with the team on strategy, execution, testing and learnings
Coordinate creatives, reports and feedback within your project teams
Clean reporting as well as transparent presentation of results and recommendations

Experience in Paid Social
Good knowledge of using the Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of performance metrics and data-driven work
Interest in taking responsibility for your own topics and projects
A structured, reliable and independent working style, as well as a good sense of prioritization and project organization
Confident in client communication
Enjoy working in a team and driving projects forward efficiently together
Basic understanding of project management and prioritization
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Awork, Pipedrive, Brevo, or similar is a plus (not required)
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Residence in Munich or the surrounding area or willingness to come to the office once a week
