Senior Counsel

Role Overview

• Provide legal guidance across product, privacy, corporate, and employment matters
• Advise on data privacy, intellectual property, and compliance for product and engineering teams
• Draft and negotiate legal documents
• Support compliance initiatives
• Manage outside counsel
• Assist with international operations
• Contribute to the development of legal templates and processes
• Deliver training on relevant legal topics.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• 6+ years of legal experience
• Experience advising SaaS companies
• Foundational knowledge of data privacy, intellectual property, and technology transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders.
