Role Overview
Ensuring the best possible customer experience for Allica’s lending products from Offer stage through to loan drawdown and completion.
Working closely with Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, legal and valuation panels, and Underwriting teams.
Manage a portfolio of lending cases covering Commercial Mortgages, GGS loans, Overdrafts, and Business Loans progressing them efficiently and effectively to completion while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
Strong customer service ethic with a proven record of delivering high standards in a fast paced environment.
Commercial Mortgage background.
Understanding of the commercial environment and lending pipeline management.
Strong financial and commercial awareness.
Good understanding of Conduct and Treating Customers Fairly requirements relevant to Credit Operations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong relationship management skills.
Attention to detail and record keeping
