Role Overview
- Upload and maintain products on Shopify
- Update pricing, collections and product information
- Assist with website updates and landing pages
- Maintain online sporting club portals
- Help organise online product categories and navigation
- Assist with online promotions and campaigns
- Monitor and update ecommerce content
- Assist with SEO and product descriptions
- Create and schedule social media content
- Assist with Canva graphics and marketing materials
- Support email marketing campaigns
- Help organise marketing calendars and promotions
- Assist with reels, video content and basic editing
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales
- Assist with content planning and execution
- Assist with POS and product database management
- Maintain spreadsheets and reporting systems
- Support workflow organisation and process improvement
- Assist with inventory and product management
- Help with file organisation and cloud storage systems
- Support automation and system integration projects
- Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation
- Assist management with operational projects
- Assist with customer follow-ups and communication
- Manage emails and basic administration tasks
- Data entry and order management support
- Coordinate with internal staff and suppliers
- Assist with customer service enquiries

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Shopify or ecommerce platform experience
- Canva experience
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable internet connection and work setup
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI or automation platforms
- Understanding of how AI can improve productivity, marketing and workflow efficiency
- Experience with Australian businesses
- POS or inventory management experience
- Social media marketing experience
- Graphic design experience
- Basic video editing experience
- Google Sheets / Excel experience
- Automation tools experience (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Experience in apparel, retail, ecommerce or print industries
- Understanding of garment decoration processes such as embroidery, DTF, sublimation or screen printing
