Develop and enhance reports, dashboards and data models in Power BI
Build and advance automated processes using platforms such as Power Automate, n8n or comparable workflow tools
Design and implement solutions with Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform or similar technologies
Evaluate use cases for feasibility, value, risk, governance and scalability
Perform ad-hoc analyses and derive actionable recommendations
Connect systems via APIs and workflow tools and integrate ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems
Build robust, maintainable workflows
Design and optimize data flows
Ensure data quality, consistency and traceability
Work closely with business units, IT, data/BI teams and other stakeholders

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or reporting
Practical experience with Power BI in production enterprise environments
Experience collaborating with business units and in requirements management
Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong teamwork skills
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
