Maintain and optimize system-level budgets including Mass, Power, Propulsion, and Image Quality
Co-define and design the systems architecture for future satellite constellations
Oversee system-level integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) activities
Interpret mission specific and spacecraft system level requirements
Identify technical gaps and manage anomaly resolution
Serve as the primary technical authority for R&D teams, translating high-level operational requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace systems engineering
Demonstrated ability to navigate seamlessly between hardware block diagrams and complex software/firmware architectures
Deep expertise in trade-off analysis and systems engineering methodologies (e.g., V-model or MBSE)
BSc or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Software Engineering
Ability to analyze problems and search for solutions, exploring multiple alternatives
Excellent people, time, and risk management skills
