The RN Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting infusion nursing services within a designated region.
This clinical leadership role includes direct supervision and support of field infusion nurses, coordination with partner agencies, and oversight of clinical documentation to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
The Regional Manager plays a critical role in onboarding, training, and mentoring nursing staff while upholding clinical standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Review and approve infusion nursing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Monitor adherence to infusion therapy protocols and infection control practices.
Appropriately escalate complex clinical concerns or patient cases to the Regional Director.
Promote high-quality patient outcomes through routine audits, performance evaluations, and constructive feedback.
Supervise, mentor, and support field infusion nurses across the assigned region.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
Foster a culture of accountability, clinical excellence, and continuous professional growth.
Requirements
Active, unrestricted Multistate RN license in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in infusion therapy.
At least 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or management role.
Experience working with home health agencies or in home infusion care settings.
Strong knowledge of home infusion therapy, patient care standards, and clinical documentation best practices.
Proficiency with EMR systems and Google Workspace tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
