Role Overview
- Independently resolve support cases via email, phone and chat
- Proactively and independently manage customer accounts
- Use internal tools to ensure outstanding customer relationships
- Support customers throughout the entire subscription period
- Conduct customer appointments — online and on-site
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Drive improvements to processes and ways of working
- Prepare contracts and own customer interactions
- Prioritize and organize your own work
- Ensure SLAs are met
- Report irregularities and maintain an overview of your KPIs
Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with people; communicate via phone and email
- Experience in customer service or the service industry
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to work in a structured and self-directed manner
- Excellent team player
- Excellent command of French and German; English is a plus
