Take technical responsibility for projects within a team, coordinate requirements with clients and design elegant solutions
Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using B2B Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud/Lightning Flows, Visualforce, Apex, and APIs
Write custom business logic in Apex classes using SOQL and DML
Handle trigger events using JavaScript libraries and Custom Remote Actions
Create dynamic views using Handlebars helpers and implement subscriber pages, views, models, and classes
Troubleshoot and improve existing code
Extend Salesforce beyond its existing applications by applying cutting-edge technologies
Support the acquisition of new customers
Contribute to securing follow-up projects with existing customers
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
Act as a point of contact and provide solution-oriented handling of cross-project pipeline issues
Develop and maintain pipelines, scripts, and JSON files

Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, common interfaces such as REST APIs, and relational databases
Ability to write performant, secure, and scalable code and adhere to best practices and MVC patterns
Understand QA as part of development, deliver meaningful unit tests, and ideally have initial experience with test automation
An agile mindset enabling you to analyze requirements end-to-end with the Product Owner and break them down into small, value-adding increments
A degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification with professional experience
Ideally: Salesforce certifications (Experience Cloud, B2C Commerce, Sales & Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud)
Experience conducting code reviews
Knowledge of pipelines and how they interact with different Salesforce modules, including command functions and setup interplay
Experience in team leadership and staff development
