Role Overview

• Shape and implement the strategy for organizational transformation
• Develop and execute structured change management methodologies
• Partner with leaders to ensure effective execution and measurable outcomes
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver transformational changes
• Develop multi-faceted change plans for large-scale initiatives
• Conduct impact analysis and develop strategies to minimize disruption

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience
• 3-5 years of proven experience executing change management strategies
• Proven experience in leading large scale technology, operational and/or operating model transformations
• Exceptional business acumen
• Understanding of financial services and insurance industry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong understanding of how to motivate and drive change across large, diverse stakeholder groups
