Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (account leads, medical affairs, brand marketing, global marketing & access teams, pricing, regulatory, compliance, legal, etc.) and external partners (agencies, etc.) to aid in the development of US market access strategy
Create and implement innovative marketing materials to support engagement with organized customers and formulary decision makers at launch and throughout Intismeran’s life cycle
In collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, develop internal materials and trainings to ensure launch readiness, including any future operational changes and new indications
Partner cross-functionally with US and global teams (Access, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and V&I Outcomes Research) to identify evidence gaps and align on access opportunities, evidence generation, and launch readiness.
Aid in aligning finance inputs for annual and long-term forecasting of new products
Build capabilities through the creation and maintenance of modeling, research, dashboards, and analysis supporting early product access
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of (5) years combined experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Marketing Customer Management, Managed Care or Sales

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proactive self-starter capable of addressing complex problems with minimal guidance
Skilled in managing change, anticipating risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams and external partners while fostering inclusivity and perspectives
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledgeable about healthcare trends and policy issues and their impact on business opportunities
