Role Overview
- Direct, mentor, and develop teams of managers, technicians, and engineers
- Oversee network projects and daily operations
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and manage budgets
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in network issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute market-level plans
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience
- 2+ years’ experience in Mobility and/or Wireline Field Operations
- After hours and weekend tours of duty
- At least 10% travel
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA), technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
