- Automate recurring finance and reporting tasks
- Clean rent roll, reporting, and spreadsheet data
- Create dashboards for owner-level decisions
- Spot variances and explain key drivers
- Work directly with real estate owners weekly
Requirements
- U.S. real estate finance experience
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills
- Hands-on Claude Code experience required
- Built AI workflows tied to finance or reporting
- Able to explain AI projects you personally built
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Available full-time during Pacific Time hours
