Role Overview
Provide high-level support across multiple businesses.
Conduct outbound calls and generate leads.
Assist with collections and payment follow-ups.
Support eBay and online marketplace activities.
Prepare reports and assist with daily business operations.
Organize and manage tasks and assignments.
Post advertisements on online platforms.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances.
Requirements
Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous sales experience is a plus, especially selling through eBay or online marketplaces.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Sales Representative, Collections Specialist, Operations Assistant, or in similar professional roles.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
High level of integrity, proactivity, trustworthiness, and a highly dependable work ethic.
Strong responsibility, follow-through, and organizational skills.
Professional communication skills with a strong speaking voice and positive personality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
