Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers within the Wroclaw office.
Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, policies, and other workplace matters.
Build trusted relationships with local leadership teams to support business goals and growth.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Design and implement core People policies, processes, and frameworks tailored to a growing local operation, adapting UK practices to the Polish context.
Ensure compliance with Polish labour law, GDPR, and internal governance standards in all HR processes.
Support the research and introduction of scalable systems, automation, and tools to enable efficient HR operations as the office grows.
Partner with hiring managers and recruitment teams to support hiring activities and talent acquisition strategies.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance, consistency and fairness.
Requirements
Several years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and build structure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting a growing or newly established office environment is highly desirable, ideally within an international organisation where direction and frameworks are set at regional level but adapted locally.
Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and HR best practices.
Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
