Role Overview
- central point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- analyze various customer requirements
- develop comprehensive end-to-end processes for relevant SuccessFactors modules
- define integration scenarios with other systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
- act as primary contact for individual module leads
- present the system architecture to different stakeholders
- share expertise in workshops and training sessions
- work closely with module leads, consultants, developers and project managers
Requirements
- at least five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors
- deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities
- ideally including SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM
- able to clearly explain complex topics
- confident presentation to a wide range of stakeholders
- experienced in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects
- strong conceptual skills and enjoy solving even complex problems
