Mobile Chef Manager

Role Overview

• Prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety and Food Safety
• Enhance the company’s reputation for excellent food and service with clients and customers
• Manage day-to-day operations of the location including supervising teams and managing inventories
• Communicate regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets
• Support and train team members for performance management

Requirements

• Experience in a catering or culinary role
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety requirements
• Ability to manage inventory and budgets
• Strong communication skills for client interaction
• Ability to supervise and train staff
