Understand business needs and state-of-the-art machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost across GPE’s engineering and product landscape.
Work with Gas Power Engineering, Gas Power Product Management, Gas Power Digital Technology, and GE Vernova Advanced Research to advance and evolve GPE’s ML/AI strategy.
Translate GPE-level priorities into team-level action through a disciplined, collaborative deployment model.
Unlock both design capability and efficiencies in workflows while identifying new opportunities in this evolving field.
Lead and align key GPE AI scope areas ensuring coordinated execution.
Apply Lean + AI thinking to identify waste, improve standard work, and drive continuous improvement.
Own technical requirements and key performance indicators for AI initiatives.
Create processes and standard work related to compliance and regulations.
Lead and develop a team of engineers and data scientists to architect, nurture, and implement AI-enabled capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
At least 10 years of relevant experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within engineering, digital technology or other technical environment.
