Role Overview
- Lead and coordinate a project development team
- Site identification and acquisition, stakeholder management, and management of permitting processes through RTB (Ready-to-Build)
- Manage and optimize project budgets, targets, schedules, and deliverables for development projects
- Work closely with local stakeholders, e.g., municipalities, authorities, agricultural cooperatives, and landowners
- Manage external consultants and service providers
Requirements
- Several years of experience in project development for ground-mounted solar, battery storage, or wind projects in Germany
- Experience with project management tools and financial modeling
- Deep knowledge of the German renewable energy market and a strong professional network
