Role Overview
- Provide first-line support to customers for their day-to-day general inquiries about products and services
- Proactively identify customer needs and pain points through daily interactions
- Process and administer customer orders by coordinating with internal functional teams
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and with empathy
- Actively promote products and services to customers to support sales growth
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or an equivalent qualification
- Fluent in French and (preferably) English, with strong negotiation skills in French
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
