About this role
Role Overview
Provide first-line support to customers for their day-to-day general inquiries about products and services
Proactively identify customer needs and pain points through daily interactions
Process and administer customer orders by coordinating with internal functional teams
Handle customer complaints efficiently and with empathy
Actively promote products and services to customers to support sales growth
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or an equivalent qualification
Fluent in French and (preferably) English, with strong negotiation skills in French
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service
Strong organizational skills
Effective communication skills
