Role Overview
Provide customer service and technical support to clients via chat, phone, and ticketing system
Identify, analyze, and assist in resolving technical issues
Provide clear, instructional guidance
Log support interactions and follow up on requests
Assist with configuration and validation of systems, networks, and telephony
Collaborate with the technical team to drive continuous improvements
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to teach and explain processes clearly and pedagogically
Eagerness to learn and grow in the technology field
Proactive, organized, and able to maintain positive interpersonal relationships
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux
Networking
SIP/VoIP

Previous experience in customer service or technical support (plus)
Knowledge of routers, firewalls, and network infrastructure (plus)
Familiarity with monitoring systems and IP telephony (plus)
