Supports all IQVIA Patient Recruitment and Enablement as a Graphic Designer for print, Web or multimedia projects, supporting patient recruitment and retention for Global clinical trials.
Creates high impact designs, illustrations, branding and layout to engage, attract, and retain based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts and other digital tools.
Develop or acquire the images used in a variety of print and digital materials, including digital advertising, patient materials, printed posters and brochures, websites.
Collaborate with other designers, patient recruitment leads, editors, production, printers, and writers to develop the final deliverable.
Deliver projects in accordance with budgeted hours and agreed deadlines.
Work in alignment with stringent studio procedures/timelines/briefing, as well as sponsor brand guideline.
Ensure graphic files, layouts, and projects are filed accurately on a regular basis.
Assist in maintaining overall quality control, helping to ensure that all layouts and print items are correct.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a field related to art or graphic design, or equivalent experience based on Portfolio (required)
2-3 years' experience as a graphic designer (required)
Knowledge of current Adobe Suite applications (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator) (required)
Knowledge of engaging e-learning and interactive digital platforms (preferred)
Knowledge Articulate Rise (required)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) (required)
Digital experience an advantage – banners, web pages, multimedia (preferred)
Knowledge of UX/UI principles to improve patient engagement and accessibility (preferred)
Layout skills and knowledge of design and print production processes (required)
Excellent English language and communication skills (written and verbal) (required)
