Lead multiple complex indirect spend and purchased services implementation and onboarding projects for non-acute clients.
Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project completion.
Serve as the subject matter expert for indirect spend contract connections and implementation requirements.
Guide clients through required documentation, data collection, and engagement activities to support implementation success.
Track revenue pull-through following implementation and analyze utilization trends to support client outcomes.
Utilize project management and reporting tools, including OLM, Contract Price Activation, Tableau, and related technologies.
Build collaborative relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers, account executives, and internal teams.
Deliver project pipeline updates, implementation status reports, and risk assessments to leadership and key stakeholders.
Participate in supplier business reviews and provide insights regarding contract utilization, standardization opportunities, and implementation challenges.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance implementation efficiency, client satisfaction, and project outcomes.
Requirements
Relevant degree preferred
5 or more years of relevant experience required
Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams preferred
Knowledge of indirect spend, purchased services, contract implementation, or supply chain operations preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Proficiency with project management tools, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications preferred
