The Creative Project Coordinator is the connective tissue of our creative team, keeping projects moving, people informed, and work organized.
This role is responsible for trafficking creative tickets, managing the proof review process in PageProof, supporting our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, and serving as a responsive, service-minded liaison between creative, marketing, and sales.
Duties include receiving, reviewing, and organizing incoming creative Jira tickets, managing proofs, supporting DAM, performing basic design edits, and administrative support.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in a project coordination, creative operations, or marketing support role; internship experience in a creative or agency environment is welcome.
Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without dropping the ball.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with a genuine customer service mindset.
Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Jira; willingness to become a power user quickly.
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator) for light production and editing tasks.
Experience with or interest in DAM platforms, proofing tools like PageProof, or similar creative workflow software.
High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment alongside a collaborative team.
Experience in promotional products, marketing, or a creative agency is a plus but not required.
