The Product Management Advisor supports product strategy, readiness, and go-to-market execution for Pathwell Specialty and related medical specialty solutions.
Responsible for translating business needs into actionable plans.
Drive product enablement and strengthens operational readiness.
Collaborate with Sales/Account Teams, Client Services, Contracting, Clinical, IT, Marketing, RFP, Go‑to‑Market, Finance, Delivery, and Communications.
Manage competing priorities and proactively identify risks and opportunities that drive product adoption and enhance product performance.
Lead Go-to-Market and PBAB response processes.
Serve as a central coordination point for routing inquiries.
Identify requirements for implementing new product benefits.
Provide Sales/Account Team support through training sessions and client reporting.
Maintain organized tracking for PBAB responses, exceptions, project progress, risks, and operational dependencies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA (or equivalent experience) preferred
4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, GTM, or business development
Experience or working knowledge of medical specialty drugs
Working knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefits preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated decision making capability and ability to work independently
Excellent meeting facilitation, documentation, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a results-oriented environment
Strong PowerPoint and excel skills
Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
