Role Overview
- Provide support to Network hardware/software/configuration as assigned by Monitoring Team
- Timely closure of incidents.
- Quality of resolution notes.
- Keep customer satisfaction high.
- Reduce user downtime.
- Analyze chronic problems.
- Provide Industry best practices and Standards.
- Maintain hardware Inventory Up to date.
- Provide specialized hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution.
- Route physical problems to onsite hands and feet support staff.
- Coordinate H/W Maintenance activity with 3rd Party for hardware installation.
Requirements
- 4-5 Years Work Experience
- Troubleshooting severity 1 & 2 Issues in devices.
- Knowledge of Cisco Routers/Switches/Cisco ASA/PaloAlto/Citrix Load balancers/Zscaler/SDWAN
- Certification expected: CCNA and CCNP is highly desirable.
- Maintain client SLA.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with stakeholders.
