Own and grow Boldr's Global Employment (GE) business
Lead three service offerings: EoR Only, Contractor Conversions, and Full Global Employment
Collaborate with Product & Strategy team to explore expanding services
Work with Client Success team to help Clients achieve strategic and financial goals
Build trust-based relationships with Client executives
Advise on hiring locations, compensation, and contractor misclassification risk
Own success and retention of GE Client portfolio
Partner with different functions for effective execution on strategy
Lead and develop the GE team
Requirements
10+ years in EoR (PEO), RPO and related services-portfolio operations leadership, with full P&L responsibility for Client accounts. BPO experience an advantage
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Google Suite of Services is a must for this role.
Proficient in using cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Analytics.
