Engage, develop, and expand customer portfolio in storage system solutions
Participate in products and solutions design and ensure they meet customer requirements
Represent Supermicro at trade shows and conferences
Create product roadmaps and develop strategy for product deployment
Manage technical resources to address client needs
Provide creative solutions to meet demanding market requirements
Conduct competitive analysis and develop ecosystem with partners
Drive technical issues to closure by coordinating with engineering teams
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Global Service team

Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering or business discipline
17+ years experience with edge computing system, IoT Embedded systems, storage server, data center, or IT infrastructure with 5 years experience in management role
Excellent communication skills and business sense is required, must have prior experience in interfacing with customers
Strong background and experience with x86-based server architecture
Familiarity with Firmware, Linux, Windows and virtualization platforms is a plus
Strong technical communication and leadership skills to lead investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines
Individual must be able to work effectively in a high pressure environment
