About this role
Role Overview
- Develop project/product designs and drawings, maintain revisions, modify as required and ensure all drawings comply with engineering drawing practices
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
- Read, create, and detail line diagrams and schematics for fabrication
- Meet design deadlines and communicate any issues with appropriate parties
- Evaluate and specify products to meet the technical requirements of the project
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a directly related field
- At least two years SCADA-related experience and/or training preferred
- Proficient with AutoCAD 2D
- Understanding of basic AC/DC electrical theory as it relates to design drawing and applicable electrical codes and standards
- Possess excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
