Analyze win-loss data to improve proposal strategies and content

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred or 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or a related area.
Familiarity with government proposals (state, city, municipality).
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with proposal management software and tools.
