Coaching, mentoring, and training individuals and organizations within the business on their CORE & CI journey
Interface directly with Executives/Management to positively influence and lead CORE /CI culture and competency improvement across the organization
Develops methods for identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices across the organization
Measures and drives CORE /CI progression across the organization
Facilitates/Sponsors kaizen/CI events including leadership weeks
Successfully builds networks across the organization and discipline
Identifies knowledge gaps across the organization and establishes a closure plan
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders within complex, matrixed organizations
4+ years’ experience with effective change management and Lean tool deployment
Advanced CORE certification (Professional / Expert), or active progress towards
Experience with CI, operational excellence, and enterprise Lean Transformation
Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization, including influencing behaviors and change management
Experience leading large-scale, global operating system deployments across multi-site organizations and SBUs
Six Sigma Certification
Cross functional work experience (e. g. Operations, Materials Mgmt , Quality, Business Processes, Supply Chain)
Experience working in a matrix organizational structure.
