Portfolio Management
Conduct investment portfolio tax analysis, design, and rebalancing of portfolios.
Implementation and Review
Oversee implementation and review of financial plans and portfolio management.
Workflow Management
Accurate completion of all investment account paperwork, tracking onboarding processes, and ensuring timely client communication.
Trade Execution
Place trades and manage investment paperwork and transactions.
Client Education
Advise clients on holistic strategies with an emphasis on tax efficiency, risk management, and sustainable lifetime income.
Strategic Partnership
Collaborate with the Wealth Management Advisor on client solutions and recommendations to support client relationships
Client Communication
Manage correspondence, notes, files, and maintain compliant client records.
Meeting and Case Preparation
Prepare materials for new and existing client meetings, update client recommendation documents (agenda and executive summary), and identify opportunities for improvement.
Data Gathering
Collect essential client data and prepare comprehensive financial plans.
Event Support
Execute client engagement opportunities in partnership with the Marketing Team.
Manage Digital Presence – Update Nordvest Wealth Advisory website, leverage and maintain e-marketing, and maximize social media presence.
Professional Development
Stay up to date on software system enhancements, new products, and compliance changes/opportunities; and participate in continuous learning and development activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minnesota Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses required before starting
SIE, Series 7 & 63 within 12 months of starting.
