About this role
Role Overview
Support management in defining and monitoring the business plan (BP), targets, SLAs, and contracts.
Monitor operational indicators (partner billing/revenue, conversion, average ticket value, lead volume, product share, churn, loss ratio).
Use Looker dashboards to provide support.
Propose best practices and strategies to meet challenges and achieve results.
Coordinate with the sales team (Altio x Agency) on campaigns and training.
Provide support for operational issues and feedback to partners related to bugs, workflows, processes, and the sales journey.
Collaborate with Technology to support adjustments and improvements to integration with the Nexus platform and Portal.
Monitor billing and commission reports and controls for monthly validation.
Interact with the Sigdc team — supporting files for Caixa x MDS payments.
Identify opportunities and suggest improvements in the sales process, integration, and communication flow.
Develop and run sales recognition campaigns (Altio).
Create dashboards for partner operations and sales tracking; schedule automatic dashboard delivery to partners.
Maintain real-time controls for productivity KPIs (Looker Intraday).
Manage supplier payments and issue invoices (Partner Portal + AdminV2).
Define operational and strategic sales indicators to scale the business (Looker — Churn + Activation).
Support the CX team with issue handling and complaints.
Oversee partner onboarding and post-implementation, including integration and product testing (journey and improvements in Nexus).
Requirements
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in BI tools (Looker; knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is a plus) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Business Acumen: Experience with sales metrics (Churn, LTV, CAC, Conversion, Average Ticket Value).
Experience with Partners/B2B2C: Familiarity with third-party commission and billing models.
Problem-Solving Profile: Ability to liaise across business teams and Technology to report bugs and propose improvements.
Sense of Urgency: Able to handle critical operational controls and issues.
Analytical Thinking: Not only able to build dashboards but also to extract actionable insights from them.
