Responsible for developing and executing sales activities within an assigned region
Provide field-based leadership to a team of Account Managers
Drive performance through effective coaching, talent development, and strategic oversight
Ensure sales goals are consistently met or exceeded
Recruit, hire and manage a high-performing team
Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results with agreed-upon accounts
Develop and execute business plans to meet and exceed sales objectives for the region
Maintain required technical expertise to respond accurately to all questions regarding products, policies, and business-related issues

Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS degree, preferably in life sciences or business administration)
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience (managing field sales reps)
Demonstrated sales history of success, leading teams, and developing talent
Patient access and market access pull-through experience and knowledge
Proven ability to deliver candid, effective feedback and efficiently manage performance
Knowledge of FDA Marketing Compliance, PhRMA Guidelines, and the Sunshine Act
Valid Driver’s License
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and mobile technologies
Experience in fibromyalgia, rheumatology, neurology or pain management preferred
Product launch experience preferred
