About this role

Lead the development, delivery, and continuous evolution of ICTC’s digital training initiatives.
Oversee ICTC’s eLearning function and digital training ecosystem.
Ensure training programs remain current with emerging technologies and industry needs.
Work closely with industry engagement teams to meet targets for program participation.
Monitor training quality, learner outcomes, and engagement metrics for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading digital training, workforce development, or eLearning initiatives.
Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation trends.
Experience delivering digital training programs to employers and diverse learner populations with varying levels of digital literacy.
Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
Experience designing and scaling online or hybrid learning programs.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership capabilities.
Ability to work independently and execute complex training initiatives in fast-paced environments.
