Innovation Project Analyst

Role Overview

• Execute projects within the Innovation Consulting area;
• Prepare project schedules and status reports, and lead periodic meetings with clients;
• Ensure project change management, monitoring the entire work plan to guarantee deadlines and budget compliance;
• Maintain continuous communication with support departments to ensure deadlines are met;
• Ensure project momentum and cadence;
• Source and hire external facilitators/consultants;
• Manage client relationships and resolve project-related issues;
• Manage tasks in accordance with open innovation programs;
• Create calls for startup applications (selection notices);
• Source startups according to the plan and targets;
• Validate documentation submitted by startups and classify them according to established criteria;
• Organize and conduct pitch sessions and immersion agendas according to the selection funnel;
• Address questions from clients and startups via in-person, phone, and electronic channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed;
• Knowledge of project management;
• Experience in client relationship management/customer service;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Strong written communication skills and ability to draft clear texts;
• Verbal communication skills;
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Experience in innovation and startup environments;
• Intermediate English proficiency.
