Lead and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, technicians, and contractors
Promote a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all plant safety procedures and regulations
Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
Partner with production leadership to support throughput, quality, and operational targets
Maintain and support critical plant systems including reactors, mixers, pumps, and utility systems
Lead Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives within maintenance operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred
7–10+ years of maintenance and reliability experience in chemical, catalyst, refinery, petrochemical, battery materials, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments
3–5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a continuous process manufacturing facility
Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of predictive maintenance technologies and reliability methodologies
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and RCA methodologies
