Engage and collaborate with the different functions to discuss training initiatives to align objectives, address needs, and ensure effective program outcomes
Perform the full business partnering and consultation cycle
needs assessment, analysis, provide learning solutions, monitor and evaluate results and impact
Provide high-quality, comprehensive and professional L&D advice, support service to assist in developing workforce capability
Handle small-scale projects and programs and function-wide initiatives , ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives
Support organization-wide scale programs in the organization
Perform vendor management for courses necessary in the development of the program and be creative to maximize the use of the L&D budget
Utilize L&D best practice to find ways to improve our L&D approaches and to keep up to date with emerging L&D trends
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually
Requirements
University graduate of any business-related course
Must have at least 3
4 years’ experience in Learning and Development/OD/Talent and or related fields combined 1-2 years relevant work experience in managing and executing programs
Experience in using Learning Management System and Learning Experience Platforms
Experience in process improvement and project management
Experience in eLearning instructional design is a plus
