Role Overview
- Provide expert guidance and day-to-day virtual support to advisors using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement materials to accelerate advisor proficiency
- Act as the liaison between advisor practices and the Continuous Delivery Organization
- Identify common questions and issues; track themes and recommend processes or platform improvements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align priorities for releases
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
- FSC experience (1+ year)
- Client-facing support/enablement
- Wealth workflow knowledge
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Data Architect)
- Bilingualism (English-French) is an asset
