Support the build of the firm’s legal and compliance foundation. Policies, data protection frameworks, investment documentation, regulatory obligations, internal controls — you build and evolve the infrastructure that lets the firm scale.
Advise cross-functional teams on a multitude of legal issues. Governance, product initiatives, marketing and sales operations, compliance, emerging AI law, international expansion — you know what matters and can explain why clearly.
Be the go-to resource on the legal frameworks shaping AI products: AI specific regulation, privacy obligations, intellectual property, commercial obligations, regulatory and international risk. Establish and maintain all product-related legal documentation, such as terms of service, privacy policies or template contracts.
Build for leverage. Design the templates, playbooks, and self-service resources that let the broader team move confidently — and free you up for the next hard problem.
Negotiate and close. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, DPAs, and transactional documents with the judgment to push where it matters and the practicality to keep things moving.

A simplifier — you give direct answers and don't hide behind hedged language.
A builder — you get more satisfaction from the first playbook you draft than the tenth contract you redline.
